Rates
The rates are per villa, per week and are as follows;
Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar... £250
Apr, May, Oct... £300
Jun, Sep... £375
Jul, Aug... £450
A welcome pack can be supplied at a cost of £30.
A £200 security deposit is required to cover any breakages, damage or loss of keys etc. After completion of a satisfactory inspection, this deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after your return.
We will require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be confirmed by email. The balance and security deposit is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
If you book your holiday after the 8 weeks deadline, payment and security deposit is required in full.
Cancellation charges
If you cancel the booking, the following charges will apply;
Up to 8 weeks before start of booked period – Loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks before start of booked period – Total cost.
If the Balance Due has not been paid by 8 weeks before the start of the booked period, we reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled and attempt to re-let.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be paid immediately to the Client. No other liability will be borne by us in respect of cancellation. The security deposit is refunded in full in the event of any cancellation.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure of the supply of water, gas, electricity or any other services which are outside of our control.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury arising out of your use of the villa during your stay in Northern Cyprus, however caused. Therefore please ensure that you have adequate insurance cover to protect you from all eventualities.
